Benefit Concert and Christmas Home Tour at Meteor Ridge Farm.

Children's Author and Illustrator Patricia Polacco and the Hillsdale Town & Country Chorus are teaming up for a wonderful event! 

The Hillsdale Town & Country Chorus, under the direction of Don Slamka, presents "Christmas & Gospel Concert". Union City is fortunate to have this wonderful men's chorus perform a Christmas concert to benefit Union City's Christmas Basket Project. Admission is non-perishable food items to be distributed to Union City area residents in need of a Christmas blessing! Author and Illustrator Patricia Polacco will share a Christmas story during the evening as well. 

The benefit concert will be held at The First Congregational Church in Union City, located at 410 North Broadway. 
Immediately following the concert, Patricia Polacco will open her home, Meteor Ridge Farm, for a Christmas Home Tour from 6 to 9 PM. Anyone attending the benefit concert will receive a ticket for admission to the home tour. Otherwise admission is non-perishable food items to be used for the Christmas Basket Project. Meteor Ridge Farm is located at 120 Calhoun Street in Union City. 
Patricia's home is decorated beautifully at Christmas time! Don't miss this opportunity to tour this stately home built in the late 1800's. Patricia will be available to visit with guests and sign books, available for sale by Miller's Pharmacy, who will be on hand for the evening. The Hillsdale Town & Country Chorus is a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. The group performs throughout the year to entertain all types of audiences, often presenting religious and patriotic music as well as barbershop classics. The chorus practices each Tuesday evening at 7 PM at the Hillsdale Senior Center in Hillsdale, MI.
